DeAndre Ayton

DeAndre Ayton Height: 7-0 Weight: 220 Position: Center Hillcrest Academy Nassau, Bahamas College: Arizona

Ayton is seven-footer with incredible physical abilities. His athletic ability and size paired together allow him to dominate almost game in the paint. He uses his height to take advantage of defenders by either scoring over them or passing over the top to open teammates. His quickness and strength help him finish plays inside, crash the boards, and protect the rim defensively. Ayton has committed to play for the Wildcats of Arizona. 

Mohamed Bamba

Mohamed Bamba Height: 6-11 Weight: 210 Position: Center Westtown School Harlem, NY College: Undecided

With a wingspan of 7 feet 8 inches, Bamba has one of the longest wingspans in the game. Despite his size and length, he is one of the most graceful big men in this class, which allows him to get low and defend shorter opponents. He runs the floor very well and has great hands to finish strong at the rim. He is currently undecided on where he will attend college next year.

Brian Bowen

Brian Bowen Height: 6-7 Weight: 190 Position: Small Forward La Lumiere School Saginaw, MI College: Undecided

Bowen is known for his shooting ability. He is a sharp shooter from three, but he is capable of scoring at every level. He has great size for a wing and uses that size and length to score in the post or put the ball on the floor and attack the rim. Bowen has not yet decided where he will attend college and make his impact next year.

Troy Brown Jr.

Troy Brown Jr. Height: 6-7 Weight: 215 Position: Small Forward Centennial High School Las Vegas, NV College: Oregon

Brown has a natural feel for the game. At 6-7, he has great court vision and ball handling to lead transition. His upper body strength allows him to power through contact to finish in the paint and he can also shoot the mid-range jump shot with ease. Defensively, he can guard almost any position. Brown will be playing for the Oregon Ducks next season.

Wendell Carter Jr.

Wendell Carter Jr. Height: 6-9 Weight: 254 Position: Power Forward Pace Academy Atlanta, GA College: Duke

A physically imposing presence, Carter is both lengthy and strong. He is a commanding force with natural power. He has a strong skillset on both ends of the floor and can shoot the mid-range and three ball, or working his way to the rim for a powerful dunk. He was one of the biggest shot blocking threats in the Nike EYBL last summer. Carter has committed to play for Coach K and the Duke Blue Devils.

Matt Coleman

Matt Coleman Height: 6-1 Weight: 174 Position: Point Guard Oak Hill Academy Norfolk, VA College: Texas

Coleman is one of the true point guards in this class. He is remarkably fast with the ball from end to end and has great lateral speed. He excels when getting into the lane and dropping a nice pass off to a teammate. Not only is he a passer, he is an athletic scorer and shoots the mid-range jumper very well. Coleman was a solid defender averaging 2.1 steals per game in Nike EYBL. Coleman will play for the Texas Longhorns next season.

Trevon Duval

Trevon Duval Height: 6-3 Weight: 183 Position: Point Guard IMG Academy Wilmington, DE College: Undecided

Known for being an explosive playmaker, Duval is relentless when attacking the rim. He is the perfect combination of quickness and power. As an elite ball handler, he can get into the paint at will or pullup for the jumper. With great court vision, he can also create plays for his teammates. Duval has not yet decided where he will attend college to play next season.

Jalek Felton

Jalek Felton Height: 6-3 Weight: 180 Position: Shooting Guard Gray Collegiate Academy Mullins, SC College: North Carolina

Felton is an extremely athletic and high energy playmaker. He can do it with or without the ball. As a ball handler, he is smooth yet equally explosive to the rim. Being a capable shooter allows him to keep defenders on their toes. He is also very good at getting teammates involved with timely and accurate passing. His wide shoulders and long arms give him an edge on the defensive end as well. Felton will join Coach Roy Williams at the University of North Carolina.

Quade Green

Quade Green Height: 6-1 Weight: 170 Position: Point Guard Neumann-Goretti High School Philadelphia, PA College: Kentucky

Green is the definition of a floor general leading his team. He reads well in the pick and roll situation, has great court vision and is unselfish making plays for others. He is a terrific ball handler and very good in transition. Green can shoot the ball well and exhibited that for the PSA Cardinals last Nike EYBL season. He has committed to the Big Blue Nation in Kentucky.

Jaren Jackson Jr.

Jaren Jackson Jr. Height: 6-10 Weight: 226 Position: Small Forward La Lumiere School Indianapolis, IN College: Michigan State

Jackson has a long and athletic frame, but he is not your typical 6-11 big man. He has a remarkable touch and shoots the ball with great efficiency from almost anywhere on the floor. Jackson has great hands and footwork that allows him to also drive the ball to the rim to finish with a dunk. He is quick off his feet, which partnered with his length, helps him block shots and rebound. Next year, Jackson will become a Michigan State Spartan.

Kevin Knox

Kevin Knox Height: 6-8 Weight: 203 Position: Small Forward Tampa Catholic High School Tampa, FL College: Undecided

At 6-8, Knox is a gifted forward with impressive leaping ability. Knox is able to score the ball from the wing or use his size to score over smaller defenders. In transition, he does a great job of running the floor and cutting to the basket. With his size, length and athleticism he is a dangerous offensive player. Knox has not decided where he will attend college next year.

Brandon McCoy

Brandon McCoy Height: 6-11 Weight: 244 Position: Center Cathedral Catholic High School San Diego, CA College: Undecided

McCoy is extremely mobile for his size. He has great fluidity running up and down the court. With his high motor, he is dangerous on the defensive end. He can protect the rim with his size, reach and base. As a result, he is able to rebound the ball and block shots well.  His mobility make him an excellent pick and roll defender. McCoy is currently undecided on where he will attend college next year.

John Petty

John Petty Height: 6-5 Weight: 185 Position: Shooting Guard Jemison High School Huntsville, AL College: Alabama

John Petty is a 6-5 guard with incredible shooting ability. Petty is more than just a shooter, he has great athleticism and can finish above the rim. As a result, he is dangerous in transition. He was a major contributor for Team Penny during the Nike EYBL circuit this past summer. Petty has committed to play for the University of Alabama.

Michael Porter Jr.

Michael Porter Jr. Height: 6-10 Weight: 212 Position: Small Forward Nathan Hale High School Seattle, WA College: Missouri

Porter is a smooth and lengthy athlete who is extremely comfortable running in transition. He is an outstanding three-point shooter and is capable of hitting the pull up. He can also finish above the rim with highlight reel dunks, as he demonstrated last summer as he led his team to a Nike EYBL Peach Jam championship. Porter will attend Washington next year.

Billy Preston

Billy Preston Height: 6-10 Weight: 230 Position: Power Forward Oak Hill Academy Los Angeles, CA College: Kansas

As a face-up power forward, Preston can do it all. His ability to score the ball makes him one of the elite players in the country. He shoots the ball well and has the size to shoot over smaller defenders, as well as the strength to finish through them. He is also an efficient passer and can find the open man in the half-court offense. Preston has committed to play for Coach Self at University of Kansas.

Nick Richards

Nick Richards Height: 6-11 Weight: 250 Position: Center The Patrick School Queens, N.Y College: Kentucky

Known as a rim protector, Richards is a defensive nightmare for opponents. He sores for blocks, rebounds fiercely and is a defensive menace for any opponent. He is able to change the momentum of games by causing players to make mistakes on the offense. He always brings high energy and engages in physical play. Richards will play for Coach Calipari and the Wildcats of Kentucky.

Mitchell Robinson

Mitchell Robinson Height: 6-11 Weight: 215 Position: Center Chalmette High School New Orleans, LA College: Western Kentucky

Being 6-11, Robinson benefits greatly from his natural athleticism. His wide shoulders and long arms make him valuable on both ends of the court and he has excellent best hands. An outstanding rim to rim runner, he is an asset to his team in the transition game who can play above the rim and finish over and through defenders. Robinson has committed to played for Western Kentucky.

Collin Sexton

Collin Sexton Height: 6-3 Weight: 175 Position: Shooting Guard Pebblebrook High School Mableton, GA College: Alabama

Sexton is one of the most dynamic scorers in the country. He is always in attack mode and plays with a great pace and quickness. His aggressive play combined with his physical tools makes him very tough to stop. Sexton is one of the most creative and equally flashy passers in the class. He shot a threat from anywhere on the floor and he can get into the paint seemingly at will. He will be joining the Crimson Tide of Alabama next season.

Gary Trent Jr.

Gary Trent Jr. Height: 6-5 Weight: 200 Position: Shooting Guard Prolific Prep Apple Valley, MN College: Duke

Easily one of the most physical guards in this class, Trent is a solid and lengthy playmaker. He excels at driving the lane and seeking out contact for the finish. His ability to both create and make shots is superb. He is capable of defending multiple positions because of his size. Next year, Trent will be playing for the Duke Blue Devils.

Jarred Vanderbilt

Jarred Vanderbilt Height: 6-8 Weight: 200 Position: Power Forward Victory Prep Academy Houston, TX College: Kentucky

Vanderbilt is an impressive athlete as a 6-8 power forward. He is known for his motor and his great rebounding ability on the glass. He is a lefty that plays with great finesse. He is also a threat in the passing game, as he can lead the break and has great court vision. Vanderbilt will join the University of Kentucky Wildcats next season.

Lonnie Walker IV

Lonnie Walker IV Height: 6-4 Weight: 192 Position: Shooting Guard Reading High School Reading, PA College: Miami

Walker is an athletic shooting guard with great size and length. He has become known for his high flying dunks as displayed during last summer’s Nike EYBL. He has a wide frame and long arms which causes problems for opponents. He is a capable shooter and can create for his teammates as well. Walker has committed to play for the University of Miami.

PJ Washington

PJ Washington Height: 6-8 Weight: 225 Position: Power Forward Findlay College Prep Las Vegas, NV College: Kentucky

As a versatile forward at 6-8, Washington is able to impact the game in a variety of ways. He is quick off his feet, which allows him to react well on both sides of the ball. His greatest strength is his ability to command the boards. As a result, he dominates the paint to get the easy bucket. Washington has committed to play for the University of Kentucky next season.

Tremont Waters

Tremont Waters Height: 5-11 Weight: 165 Position: Point Guard Notre Dame High School West Haven, CT College: Undecided

Waters is a very poised point guard with a great basketball IQ. He has an excellent flow and seems to never be rushed or shaken. He shoots the ball very well off the catch or off the bounce. He is an excellent passer who can easily generate offense for his teammates. He is also a solid defend that pressures the ball creating turnovers. Next season, Waters will be suiting up for the Georgetown Hoyas.

Trae Young

Trae Young Height: 6-2 Weight: 170 Position: Point Guard Norman North High School Norman, OK College: Oklahoma

One of the best ball handlers in the class, Young is very smooth and changes speeds as well as anybody. One of his biggest strengths is his ability to get his shot off quickly and accurately. With his leadership and crafty layups and floaters, he guided his team to the championship game of the Nike EYBL at Peach Jam. Young has committed to Oklahoma.
