Christopher Thomas (CT) was born and raised in Rockford IL. He was a standout point guard in high school. Upon graduation from high school he attended Purdue University. CT graduated from Purdue University in 1995 with a B.S. in Accounting. He relinquished a career as an accountant to pursue his passion for developing basketball players in 2001. A modernizer in the world of basketball training, CT is founder and owner of 100% Hoops, LLC, which has created a standard for combining high-level performance training based on sports science of functional movement with fundamental basketball drills and exercises.
Besides directing his own training Program which is based in Indianapolis IN, CT travels extensively to help basketball players develop their skills and abilities. He is a Nike SPARQ Master Basketball Trainer and a Fellow with the Gray Institute for Functional Transformation. He has been a designated Basketball Trainer at Nike’s Skills Academies (LeBron James, Amar’e Stoudemire, Steve Nash and Vince Carter), Nike Global Challenge and the NCAA 1st Team Annual Summer Conference and many other camps, clinics or conferences.
CT’s objective is to improve the quality of basketball players by helping them appreciate the effects of positive attitude, work ethic, self-discipline and self-determination. CT regularly confers with high school, college and professional coaches as well as leaders in the world of athletic performance to incorporate the most effective training/teaching for the athletes he is privileged to work with.
